(Aproximate duration: 60 min.)
This module focuses on aspects of adult admission process common in medical/surgical units including: Numeric Pain scale, Initial Assessment activity, Doc Flowsheet activity - Admission and Shift assessment, CAGE, CIWA, Assessment type, and WDL - Within Defined Limits.
KP HealthConnect Inpt: Scales/Tools_PeriOp/PACU Nurses

This module focuses on documentation of assessment findings using common scales and tools in the Peri-Op and PACU units, including: Numeric Pain, Braden Scale, Schmid Fall risk, CAGE, CIWA, Time Out, PASS and RASS.

This module focuses on documenting commonly used scales and tools in NICU and Nursery: APGAR, Ballard, LATCH, Neonatal Abstinence Scoring (withdrawal), and NPASS.

This module focuses on documenting commonly used scales and tools for the Pediatric Unit: Pediatric Glasgow coma, Braden Q, FLACC, NIPS, and RASS.
KP HealthConnect Inpatient: IV Lines for Nurses
(Aproximate duration: 90 min.)
This module focuses on the documentation of IV Lines including: piggyback medications, titratable medications (non-hemodynamic related & hemodynamic related, the I&O Doc Flowsheet, and the Intake/Output activity.
KP HealthConnect Inpatient: Plan of Care for Nurses
(Aproximate duration: 90 min.)
This module uses patient case scenarios to identify the documentation of Initial Assessment and Patient Plan Activity, KP standard goals, Patient-specific goals, Clinical Practice Pathways (CPG's), and Outcomes (progress) towards these goals.
