In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we are switching to an online evaluation procedure for our CVN broadcasts.

Effective June 12, 2007, instead of turning in paper evaluations for each of our programs, participants will be asked to go online to fill out an electronic evaluation in order to receive their continuing education credit. The online evaluation form will be accessible to participants through Kaiser Permanente work stations, as well as home computers with an internet connection.
Attendees will be asked to visit the Clinical Videoconferencing Network Calendar on the Nursing Pathways web site and click on the "submit evaluation" link for the class they attended (look for the 
symbol). These instructions can be found on page 2 of the syllabus packet distributed for each program, and instructions will also be given at the beginning of each broadcast.
Once we have a participant's evaluation, as well as proof of attendance, we will send a certificate for the contact hours earned for watching our videoconference program!
With your help we will be able to maintain the effectiveness and value of our programs, while minimizing the amount of paper we use!
