Program Description:

This video program is designed primarily for all health care employees who interact and provide care to members with disabilities.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this program, each participant will be able to:

Describe different communication access solution tools for persons with disabilities.
List alternative format solutions for members who are blind or have low vision.
Describe assistive listening devices for members who are hard of hearing.

Continuing Education credit:

Approved by the BRN for 1.5 contact hours. Provider number 14147.

Approved by the BBS for 1.5 contact hours. Provider number 2655.
