Program Description:

This video program is designed for RNs and LVNs providing direct care to patients with dementia in all work settings.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this program, each participant will be able to:

  1. Discuss the appropriate technique of approaching a patient with dementia.

  2. Describe the importance and strategies for discussing Advance Health Care directives.

  3. Describe the clinical indications of Aricept.

Continuing Education credit:

Approved by the BRN for one contact hour. Provider number 14147.
