Labor Management Partnership The Labor Management Partnership (LMP) is a collaboration between Kaiser Permanente's union affiliates and Kaiser Permanente. Through the LMP, union management teams provide joint, equal leadership on key decisions regarding day-to-day nursing operations with the goal of attaining superior patient outcomes and a supportive work environment.
