About the Programs
The Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences (KPSAHS)
offers 5 certificate programs in Radiography, Sonography,
Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, and Phlebotomy. In addition,
the school also offers preparatory classes, such as Anatomy
& Physiology, and CPR Certifications.
On A Mission
The mission of the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health
Sciences is to prepare qualified students in the art and profession
of the Allied Health Sciences.
Our school provides educational opportunities for future
Imaging Professionals in the following areas:
Radiography
Sonography
Nuclear Medicine
Radiation Therapy
Phlebotomy
Electroneurodiagnostic (END)
Mammography
Flouroscopy
The graduates of our programs receive a Certificate of Completion
in their area of study. Graduates are prepared to sit for
the examinations administered by the licensing, certifying,
or registering body of their field of study.
About the School
KPSAHS began in 1989 at the Richmond Medical Center, offering
students training in the field of Radiography. This program
was phenominally successful and has radically expanded over
time. Currently, the school occupies a 30,000 square-foot
property, in addition to offering 5 Allied Health Science
programs. The school has received full institutional approval
to operate from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational
Education (BPPVE).

KPSAHS
Accepting Applications
The KP School of Allied Health
Sciences is accepting
applications throughout February.
Applications are available
for four programs: radiography, sonography, nuclear
medicine, and radiation therapy. All the programs
take 18 months, except radiography, which takes
24 (day classes) or 27 (evening classes) months
to complete.
Graduates receive a Certificate
of Completion in their area of study and are prepared
to sit for the examinations administered by the
licensing, certifying, or registering body of
their field of study.
